ABCL SAFETY CONSULTANTS, DUBAI,is a recognized third party inspection and certification body licensed by the Department of Economic Development (DED), Government of Dubai and accredited by Emirates International Accreditation Center (formerly known as DAC) – Dubai Municipality, Government of Dubai to inspect, test, and issue documents of certification, when required, for overhead cranes, elevators, escalators, window painter’s cradle, chain block/lever hoist/tirfor, MEWP, Vehicle Lift, webbing sling, chain sling, shackle, Wire Rope Sling, Plate Lifting Clamps, Hooks, eyebolts & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
ABCL Safety Consultants is an independently registered professionally licensed organization and began its operations in 2005 to satisfy customer requirements for works related to safety. The capabilities of the organization include conducting inspection, testing and certification of Lifting Equipment, Construction Equipment, Machineries, Lifting Accessories, Personal Protective Equipment, Earth moving equipment and to train personnel in safety field related to lifting industry and safe operation of various equipment.

Our services are conducted in accordance to the relevant local laws and ordinances, British and/or International Standards, and customers requirement where ther are no conflicts with the relevant laws.
To meet with these requirements, ABCL maintain a high technical capability in the process necessary to provide all its products and services and utilize latest ideas and technology to continually improve.
ABCL provides a variety of expert inspection services – performed either on-site or at your facility. During a detailed inspection process, the condition of your equipment is thoroughly reviewed and examined by a trained and qualified inspector. You receive a detailed report and any other necessary documentation identifying key areas of inspection process and required repairs and rectification.
